Hello! I'm Stacey Pinz, an accomplished Instructional Designer, elearning developer, and communications professional with over two decades of experience. I've dedicated my career to mastering the art of communication and instruction, starting with my focus on communication studies during my undergraduate program and then continuing on and earning a master's degree. Throughout my journey, I've instructed and worked in diverse roles within the field, honing my skills in corporate HR consulting, training and development, administration, and nonprofit leadership. In these roles, I've excelled at building personal networks and leveraging emotional intelligence to tell compelling stories.

I have a passion for taking the time to listen to and to collaborate and to learn about people, and I thrive on transforming innovative ideas into actionable plans and strategically solving challenges, as demonstrated by my successful guidance of two start-up businesses to success.

I love Instructional Design, elearning, and communication because it's not just about words—it's about creating meaningful and engaging messages while achieving tangible results.

My goal is to continue serving as a leader, offering expertise in diverse areas such as strategic communication planning, crisis management, content strategy and development, media relations, digital marketing, client and employee engagement, as well as storytelling. I utilize engaging and realistic scenarios to engage learners in real-world and performance-driven outcomes.

I prioritize achieving concise and performance-oriented results and working closely with stakeholders throughout the process to guarantee content precision and alignment with strategic business objectives. I leverage a diverse range of resources, including Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Camtasia, Vyond, 7Taps, PowerPoint, Google products, and other tools, to enhance the effectiveness and engagement of training materials.
